Background description:

When a hot update is made to visualis-appconn, using the DSS command sh appconn-refresh.sh visualis does not take effect

Title:

Refreshing the Visualis AppConn via DSS does not take effect

Content:

Since the Visualis-appconn instance does not necessarily load all operationsStrategies into, all policies of visualis-appconn are loaded by loading all operationStrategies
