SIMD subgroup meeting on 2021-12-03

This is a joint meeting with flexible-vectors and any SIMD related presentations are also welcome, e.g. new architectures or toolchains, longer term discussion that don't fit into flexible-vectors or relaxed-simd.

The meeting will be on Friday, December 3 at 9:00AM - 10:00AM PST/ 6:00PM - 7:00PM CET. (I hope I got the timezones right)

Note that this is a US Holiday, we will likely postpone/cancel this meeting depending on agenda items and urgency.

Let's make that decision after next week's (Nov 9) CG meeting where we will be trying to advance to Phase 2? Depending on how that goes, and also outstanding agenda items, we can decide to move it forward, back, or cancel.
