Ability to use custom directory endpoint (vs common)

@psignoret Please let me know if that is the correct terminology. Also, we talked about adding a setting for specifying this value. What would that value look like and be labeled as? Directory url?

I would name it something like directory_identifier. It can be either a verified domain in the tenant (e.g. contoso.com), or the tenant ID Guid (e.g. 6babcaad-604b-40ac-a9d7-9fd97c0b779f).
