At close of Hackathon, evangelize results to continue dialog #43

To keep the dialog open about BTCR and the results of this hackathon, notify various communities and try to keep conversations going.

This should be the last issue closed in this repo.

I submitted some early results about DIDs from the Hackathon to the W3C Credentials CG Public List public-credentials@w3.org on subject "Initial insights on DID spec based on this week’s DID:BTCR Hackathon" https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-credentials/2017Jul/0018.html
