Connecting Z-wave Thermostat

I connected the Z-wave thermostat MCO MH7-WH-EU to the mozilla things gateway. Unfortunately only the temperature (without being able to change it) is shown in the gateway. Is there a way of editing the configuration file of the thermostat in the gateway so i can add the other commands provided by the thermostat?
