Why?
To speed up the process tremendously when translating to both alphabets. Would save quite a lot of time.
Manually, you're pretty much just typing the same things twice, except you're using another alphabet.
The translator can focus on only one of the chosen versions of the language when translating, while the feature serves to convert pretty much the whole transation into the other untouched version of the language at the end of translating the former.

Experimental of course, or at the very least I'd recommend converting it from Serbian Cyrillic because some texts need to be explicitly in Latin, even in the Cyrillic version, due to globality. Like the mention of Social Media Apps, or the Titles of the translated Applications themselves. Or whatever's in between brackets.
Could also have a "highlighter" that advises the feature which pieces of the texts to keep in Latin when converting to Cyrillic at the end.
But that's just my suggestion.
