It is possible to click "Upload" for translation files, without selecting method #4627

Papercut issue here, but

Go to https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/sandbox/hello-world/nb_NO/#upload and try to upload a file

Then what happens if you the user (like me) forget to read most of what it says, no blue radio button will be clicked,
as per

By clicking "Upload" Instead of the text turning some colour and throwing an error, the process skips ahead to a new page.

The form is referenced here, but not available.

I don't know what the thing to do is, but some version of possibly graying out the button, and enhancing the section first, and then
