Pseudolocale addon

During the application development a pseudolocale can be used to debug possible localization issues. Weblate should add support for generating it automatically.

Describe the solution you'd like

Addon which will generate pseudolocale translations:

• Select base language (defaults to source language)
• Define string prefix for the strings
• Define string suffix for the strings
• Select output language

There are existing Android pseudolocales which might be utilized with this (though these are automatically filled in on Android, so the addon is not really useful for this platform) - https://hosted.weblate.org/languages/en_XA/ , https://hosted.weblate.org/languages/ar_XB/

Describe alternatives you've considered

Generating the content manually using search and replace or API is not a comfortable option.
