When adding a new entry to the glossary, it is not possible to add an explanation and comment.

Describe the solution you'd like

A field could be added to enter a comment and explanation.

This is the one thing Crowdin shines at

I wonder what format it uses, and whether "noun" is just tagged on.

Transifex also has the part of speech selection, but I don't know what format it uses internally. You can download the glossary as a CSV file, though.

We currently don't have any use for part of speech. Without that, it's not useful to collect such information (and users will not be motivated to fill it in correct).
