Easy access to failing checks for user languages

Language "språk" has this nifty field for languages the user has added.

It would be nice if it was also present in ~"Controls"

By getting to the failing checks for ones language quickly and prominently, it fosters things getting fixed, and promotes the functionality. :)

Edit 2: Right now the way to do it is click "Languages" ↓ "Pick user langauge" → Get to "Tools" → "Failing controls". End up with https://hosted.weblate.org/checks/?lang=nb_NO
