all the user language ones are listed after the general ones

I think the local language ones make more sense overall, because a user is more likely to be able to fix those, so they should be listed first?

Edit: Is the different look intentional. I would much prefer if they were all one line entries.
The "overview" entry is also all the way at the bottom, and I would prefer it at the top.
