Describe the issue
Deleting a Glossary term edits a different term.

To Reproduce the issue

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Deleting a Glossary term
    Tools > Delete string
  2. This term has been removed
  3. The tags for irrelevant terms have been edited

<term></term> and <term/> are equivalent, so no content was changed, but it would be better if Weblate handled this consistently.
