Describe the issue
I was trying to add Ubuntu as new association. I open the Ubuntu link in a new tab and I was immediately greeted with "HTTP Error 405". I then tried refreshing both hosted.weblate.org website and new (Ubuntu) tab, the first tab falls into an infinite loop and finally greet me with "Site can't be reach" and the latter (Ubuntu) tab greets me with the same "HTTP Error 405". Using a VPN allows access to the site but the same problem will happen when the similar steps are reproduce.
I already tried
The first few thing I looked at was the firewall, antivirus and proxy server settings as per "Site can't be reach" instruction. There is nothing much for me to change as I didn't have any problem with the firewall, antivirus and don't use a proxy server settings as I was able to access the site just fine before I ran into this problem. The second step I tried using a VPN to access the site, and to my surprise the site connects just fine, but when I turned off the VPN it greets me agains with "Site can't be reach".
To Reproduce the issue
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Settings -> Account'
Scroll down to 'Add new association'
Right Click on 'Ubuntu' and 'Open link in new tab'
Refresh the Ubuntu association page after error
Refresh the hosted.weblate.org
See error
Expected behavior
The newly opened Ubuntu association tab should show "HTTP Error 405" and refreshing the hosted.weblate.org page will give a very long loading time and eventually show "Site can't be reach"
Screenshots
After opening Ubuntu association in new tab
