Add a "Privacy policy" hyperlink to the footer

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe.
The law in some countries (e.g. Germany) pretty much forces us to specify 2 hyperlinks in the footer (one for "Impressum" (English: "Legal notice") and one for "Datenschutzerklärung" (English: "privacy policy")).
It seems that the "legal" hyperlink is the only hyperlink we can specify.

Describe the solution you'd like
Offering an additional (maybe optional) hyperlink in the footer to link a privacy policy.
In English: "privacy policy"
In German: "Datenschutzerklärung"
How it could look like:

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatives are hard to realize (e.g. injecting own content somehow), but there should be an easier solution.
