The one view

So it maybe isn't the looks #5896 or the basic navigation #6603 but just the default use.

There were talks earlier of having an itinerary of things to do.
That somehow doesn't really work for project admins that aren't very diligent now, so I thought it could be part of the background magic in an editing view.

The idea is to have ones editor of choice, be the default view when opening the instance URL.

One of the most overlooked things is if a translated string changes, one of two is possible.

The original translator should learn from that how to do it, or notice that some malice has occurred.

1, Strings the user translated that have changed
2. Then the failing controls (if this option is selected for more experienced users, which is then going back to 1)
3. Then the new strings. Possibly the stuff right before a string freeze / translation freeze first.
4. Then the stuff that has been changed and is fuzzy.
5. Then the available suggestions.
