UnicodeDecodeError when adding fastlane component

I got
'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xd6 in position 49: invalid continuation byte

for "monolingual base file".

https://github.com/enricocid/Music-Player-GO/tree/main/fastlane doesn't have a "Fastfile", but other than that I don't know.
