Describe the issue

I receive email notifications but there is no way to distinguish, for instance in the breadcrunch, notifications for "main / component translation" updates from notifications for "glossary" updates.

Link in the above email leads to https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/weblate/glossary/fr/?checksum=d61cfd94512421c0#suggestions
where / on line at least the breadcrunch indicates the correct info "Glossary" :

Expected behavior

Add in the mail subject, in the mail body (breadcrunch or in a phrase) the info: This notification concerns a Glossary update.
