Ability to disable the "Repository has changes" alerts

Describe the problem

I manually cherry-pick the translations commits from the hosted weblate repo to my project repo. Weblate is now reporting the "Repository has changes" alert as it thinks that the commits on weblate are not being applied upstream (it reports 31 outgoing commits, see the screenshot).

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like the ability to disable this alert as with the cherry-pick integration approach this situation is normal
