Sometimes after changing translation i see following line (empty file was changed), and translation is not commited to git and is lost.
I bet that file is not commited, and first git webhook forces weblate to reload tranlsations from git (since file wasn't commited - data is reset to old value).
We have 4.10.1 and use mixed flow (devs change git, translators use website, and git fires webhooks to update weblate)
The "" file was changed is a display issue (we're stripping down full path, but the in this case it was stripped twice leading to empty filename in numerous instances).
The file should be committed before the update. Check git history what did happen there (or even git reflog on the server to see what did happen during squashing). Please open a separate issue in case there is some issue in that.
