Describe the problem

Add translation cost estimates view. It will be based on the stats we have and get an user input on the price they are paying for the translations.

Describe the solution you'd like

It could be placed next to the reports. Simple (client side) form to multiply stats with entered price.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Regarding the "Accounting" it is a little more complex, since traditional CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) tools basically give you the option to calculate statistics and cost up-front.

Like this, for example:

The translators are then paid different percentages of a full "per word rate" for each category. I don't think that we (you) need to build a similar analysis and reporting, but the 100% matches (Repetitions) should be handled in some sort. I will think about it and maybe also add suggestions to issue #3166

thumb up for showing repetitions / duplicates in statistics - in some cases it can save a lot of money.

Additionally, translation agencies recognize new words versus words for review / needs editing (cca half the price). Words for review may have been translated, just a capital letter is adjusted and so on, so less work for the translator.
