Describe the problem

Many translators add comments, but by default, users can only resolve their own comments (except admins who can resolve all comments). Translators/People leaving comments don't always close them when the issue they brought up was addressed. To keep everything tidy, someone needs to resolve comments that have been dealt with.

I can do that as administrator, but I would like to delegate this task to trusted community members. I don't want to give them Admin role (by adding them to the respective team).

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to give trusted community members the review role (by adding them to the respective team).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Give this permission to the Power user role, but that's a bit too much as it also gives permission to edit source strings.

Additional context

Currently the permission 'Resolve comment' does not seem to exist. I guess it would have to be added to make this request possible.
