[enhancement] Duplicated translation alert could give the filenames

Describe the issue

The 'Duplicated translation' alert is very useful, but it could be improved:

When I received this alert, I got informed about the language and language codes that were making trouble, and asked to remove one of the files as a suggestion for this problem. But they don't tell me the name of the files:

It would be great if the name of the files is mentioned on this alert, as it is an item I need to take action.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Duplicate some languages on a component
2. wait for the alert sign to start
3. Click on the alert sign on the components list
4. See error shown on screenshot

Error also shows filenames
