Describe the issue

https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/install/docker.html doesn't mentions WEBLATE_GITEA_USERNAME and WEBLATE_GITEA_TOKEN altthough they are supported, see https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/blob/main/weblate/settings_docker.py#L237-L241
