Do not show the state badge for the Suggestion added events in history

Describe the problem

Currently, there is a state badge for every Suggestion added event in history which indicates the string state when the suggestion was added.

But the state badge is not related to the newly added suggestion. It is related to the state of the current translation (target string). Showing such a badge may confuse users.

Do not show the state badge for the Suggestion added events in history
