There is currently no way to fill AppStream file with translation statistics

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, it should be possible to specify the AppStream file of a component and have it being filled when a certain language changes (in the form <lang percentage="96">de_AT</lang> field)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Adapting the GenerateFileAddon to be able to amend a file and use one file for all languages
