Registration not working with SimpleLogin email domain on Firefox

Describe the issue

I tried to register to https://hosted.weblate.org/ and to an other self-hosted Weblate app with SimpleLogin email domain on Firefox and I didn't receive confirmation email.
I tried the same mail on Chrome and it worked.

I see no reason why it would not work in one browser. Did the form submit? Maybe it just took some time to deliver these e-mails? If you want to investigate more, please write your e-mail address to care@weblate.org so that we can look into our logs.

I am pretty sure of the steps above since I tried multiple times. This SimpleLogin service creates email aliases like weblate.8xxo@simplelogin.com or weblate.fgar7@simplelogin.com. Let me know if I am wrong but knowing that should be enough for a grep.

Without knowing the exact e-mail you used, it's impossible to check whether it's your registration or not. We had several successful registrations from this domain in last day. The two ones you've mentioned were never submitted for a registration at https://hosted.weblate.org/

Did you actually submit the registration form?

Well, trying again now and it worked. I am sure that I submitted the form multiple times yesterday, so I don't know what happened.
