Selectable languages for translation reports listed twice

Describe the issue

Every language is listed twice in the menu for generating contributor statistics.

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Insights (from any project)
2. Open Translation reports from that dropdown menu
3. Select Languages

For example https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/remmina/#reports
, but curiously unavailable in for example https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/remmina/remmina/zh_Hans/
Edit: Somewhat curiously, it works as it should in https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/remmina/remmina/#reports

Expected behavior

Expected every language to be listed once, as opposed to twice.
