Add a number of flags that can be set on a per-tag basis:

  1. Hide from search (e.g., for images tagged 'Delete')
  2. Exclude from Azure face detection (e.g., all images with Aerangis or Angraecum in the tag will be skipped)
    Etc.
  3. Copyright restrictions - limit downloads/exports and/or warn that the image can't be used publicly due to ownership/rights issues
