24hr editing/cooling off period for uploads to delete or change

With the current upload/deletion of the couch grass dataset because of errors with rotation, it seems like a 24hr or some short deleting period might be useful for uploads. For example if someone makes a typo and then picks it up later they are unable to delete it and try again. Ideally, the review phase should pick these up, but things will probably still get through.

I imagine this might be part of the new changes with CVAT though
