dataset is approved but does not show in dataset list

I recently approved a dataset, however, it is not displaying in the explorer or dataset tabs.

The issue with the dataset was that there was a non-standard field in the WeedCOCO that had already been used by a previous upload, and the two datasets did not agree on what data type was associated with that field (date vs long). As a result, the new dataset (with "date_captured" in date format) could not be indexed in the database.

The fix for this dataset was to update the mapping for this non-standard field in the database so that it would be of type date, reindex the database, and then update the index with the new dataset.

A further fix will be required to screen new uploads to prevent this from recurring.
