Android TV Layout

Hey do you manage to get unblocked in the development of this. I want to make a standard TV leanback layout and find the same blockers.

Unfortunately it's still blocked.

Check out the recent conversation on this issue: facebook/react-native#21233

The event handler was fixed, but now touchable navigation is broken. Once facebook/react-native#21478 is merged I will take another look. I suspect in general there will still be many issues, but it will then be possible to create our own navigation system with the event handler.

@Weetbix hi weebtix I manage to get unblocked using a workaround. I installed this library https://github.com/kevinejohn/react-native-keyevent and treat the layout as a matrix, with rows and columns. Each time I press the controls arrows I update the row and column position.

Its not the best way to solve it, but you can solve all yours problems, even do a focus on an TextInput id need so.
