I remember there being some discussion of adding a feature into Echelon where you could view live server stats and such. Have you thought about using the status plugin for this? Seems like it would be a lot easier to implement a system using that plugin, at least compatibility wise.

That's all assuming that's still something you're looking at implementing.

That plugin (at least last time I looked at it, writes out a file, which if symlinked or written to an apporpriate directory) would be easy to grab from echelon. But at the moment echelon does not read any files directly off the B3 bot's box, or use FTP (which is how some people have to do all they're access to the bot files). Ideally I think the information would end up in the database periodically. But that may be scrapped in favor of working within the exsisting ecosystem.
