Tech debt. Use rules to match what they use upstream in the Rocket.Chat repo. We can do this now because we basically own this repo as it is not yet being managed upstream since its original creation during the GSOC project.

NOTE: PR#64 branch (cws-fix-spelling) is based on PR#63 branch (cws-tooling-linting-formatting), and therefore should be merged after #63. Alternatively, we could close #63, and just merge #64 -- but I wanted to break them out into two branches since they are both large changes.
