Decrease zoom level from geocoder result

Currently, when a user selects a result from the geocoder the app jumps to the location, at what I think is zoom level 18. This is too close to provide the desired watershed context that users need. Anthony is requesting that we decrease the jump-to zoom by 4 levels, so we should try zoom level 14 and see how that looks.
