Currently, the minimum number of visible scenarios is hard-coded to 3. This makes certain interactions awkward, such as this sliding even when all the scenarios fit comfortably in view:

Make it so the minimum number of visible scenarios is calculated dynamically based on how many can fit in the visible window.

In addition, instead of making the sliding buttons "inactive" when they are no longer clickable, consider just hiding them.
