MMW needs to display Pre-Columbian output, this should be returned by the model if indicated.

Ensure that all Residential/Commercial/Industrial LC types are swapped out for "Forest" in the calculation. This may not accurately reflect the true pre-development state of a given biome, but our hydrologists tell us that the change in Curve Number for those different types aren't substantial.

Eventually, we'll add broad biome based and geographically consistent LC types to swap in, this is an initial step.
