Documentation refers to missing bulma-calendar.min.css

According to https://wikiki.github.io/ the dist/ folder should contain a bulma-calendar.min.css, which it doesnt.
Either the repo or the documentation should be adjusted.

Btw, same is true for a minified .js file (referred to in doc, but missing in repo).
