Remove references to Occurrence IDs in favor of Sightings IDs

There are places in Wildbook that still refer to Occurrence IDs instead of Sighting IDs:

Search

• Sighting Search (/occurrenceSearch.jsp): Under Collected Data Fields, there is an Occurrence ID field.
• Encounter Search (/encounters/encounterSearch.jsp): Under Metadata filters, there is an Occurrence ID field.

Encounter page (/encounters/encounter.jsp)

• Identity section: Occurrence ID field listed. In edit mode, Manage Occurrence Assignment appears with the following text beneath:

In this dialog box, you can add an encounter to a new or existing occurence or remove the encounter from an occurrence if already assigned.

Remove from occurrence

Individual page (/individuals.jsp)

• Encounter table: Occurring With column header. Consider changing to Sighted With?
• Co-Occurrences diagram
