Deploying an application generates the following error:

Deploying app from /Users/.../Meadow.TestSuite/src/Network/ProjLabV3SoakTestRunner/bin/Debug/netstandard2.1...
Generating list of files to deploy...
startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. (Parameter 'startIndex')

Application: ProjLabV3SoakTestRunner
Repository: Meadow.TestSuite
Branch: AddProjLabTestRunner

Fixed in CLI v2.0.40

Well fixed with proper index validation but I'm not sure what caused the error originally - let's keep an eye on it

Was actually fixed in CLI v2.0.41
