Visualizations

The original Matlab script has many function calls and routines for visualization. I was wondering which specific types of visualizations are of interest to include in the command line interface.

Could some specs for visualization functionality be provided? We could perhaps discuss this during our next meeting. Thanks!

I like the idea of having a separate routine for visualization. For my work and for validation, the best output figures would be (from Lopez-Acosta et al., 2019): 3f, 4b, 4d, and videos 1 and 2 if possible.

it would also be so so great if they are georeferenced, but if thats too much to ask, that can be done by us later.
