For anyone else having the same issue, I just spent some time to collect the missing sources and putting them in the expected directory structure. I uploaded them here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/avaugh9z14y6smd/dashboard.zip?dl=1

This folder should be put inside the static folder.

I think the above contains all the missing sources, except theme.min.css. @Williano would you be able to upload this file by any chance? Thanks in advance.
