Allow resizing of filters window

The "Folder Filter" window is not resizable.

Could you make the window resizable?

The file filters listed are too long and we need to use scrollbars. Having the option to stretch the whole window instead would be great, especially since you can't interact with the main winmerge window while this window is opened.
