It's a bug in the hook injection process. For the time being rebooting your PC be a usable workaround.

I seem to be having the same problem as well. Someone from ffxiah.com pointed me to this issue. I'm going to add my crash log in the hopes that someone can figure out the issue. Please note, that there is a reboot between these 2 crash logs. What I can say is that on 4/24 I was able to play fine using windower, but I was not able too on 4/26. I want so say there were some windows updates when I shutdown on 4/24, but I don't know exactly what they were - if anyone knows how to check, I'd post them to help get this resolved.

I've gone back to using 3.432 and it seems to be working fine. Thanks to the folks working on these tools as I probably would not play without their tools since the regular interface is pretty crappy.

If you read the post above yours, you will see the only available solution.

Yes, as I mentioned in my post, I have rebooted, but still get the crash. I was posting in the hopes of getting a solution that would actually work for me. Sadly, rebooting does not help.

I have the exact same problem, No one seems to know what to do for it though... and yes i tried rebooting too
