Send Addon: Gear Not Swapping #1546
Comments
How are you sending the command? Maybe your addons are loading in the wrong order (I'm not sure if that would do it), but try unloading send and gearswap, then reloading in the order of gearswap first and send second. |
Using /console in macros. Just tried loading in order, didn't do anything. |
What exactly are you typing to send commands to other windows? If you are calling windower scripts through send, include a sample of your script. |
/console send playername /ma 'spell' playername |
Interesting, if you cast it by changing to that window does it work? @Byrth @cairface do you think this is an issue with focus? |
You mean use send on the same account to use a macro? Just tried that, still doesn't change equipment. |
I just meant does your gearswap even work normally on that account if you cast on it. |
Oh, yes. Flawlessly |
I'm not sure how this could happen. As far as I know, there's not even a way to detect whether the window is in focus from GearSwap. Also, my mule works fine. |
I am having this same issue. Character one uses send command for Character 2 to Cure and the cures are clearly not using my cure set from gearswap. Using a very basic //send Char2 /ma "Cure IV" char1 command. Command is executed but gearswaps not happening. |
Try using a lower case c in cure |
and apostrophes instead of quotes |
When using the send command, gear on other accounts aren't swapping. When casting a spell directly on the account, gear swaps correctly. I've asked a few others and I seem to be the only one with this issue. Any ideas?
I've already restarted multiple times, unloaded the addon, deleted and re-downloaded the addon.
Thanks!
