Published first release

We need to publish the first public release of the extension in the Chrome store: https://developer.chrome.com/webstore/publish#create-a-developer-account

I've tried to do it earlier, but get a lot of weird things that I don't have the time of investigating (for example the icons don't seem to load despite being present in the package and hinted at in the manifest).

We should use the borat@wiredcraft.com account probably for this, so that multiple people can maintain the extension.
