10/24/16 raid - The 2nd Northrend Beasts, the worms Acid Maw and Dreadscale, are bugged for sure. Paralytic Toxin was thrown on a number of the raid, but Burning Bile either didn't show up at all or not until over half the raid was frozen due to the toxin or dead.
