Hi there, I've finally managed to get into this. You can test localizations by downloading the testing branch. Take care of updating StrategosCore also.
EDIT:
At the moment you can't change the language from the UI. Use /run StrategosBGSettings.client_lang="enUS" StrategosBGSettings.chat_lang="enUS" to change the UI/chat language, replace enUS with your language after creating the localization file.
