There are 3 Donations Page which are "Donation Confirmation", "Donation History" and "Transaction Failed". These pages are created every time the plugin is activated even if those pages were created earlier. The proper approach would be to follow WooCommerce. When activated WooCommerce asks to create "Pages" to finish setup and allows to skip.

Please close this ticket because I think this is fixed in the latest version.
