Issue Overview

The [give_login] shortcode is not respecting the login-redirect attribute.

Expected Behavior

You can set the login redirect properly.

Current Behavior

It doesn't redirect to your URL and rather always goes to donation history.

I believe this bug is related to the email access PRs in 1.8.*
