[Workflow user story] Successfully complete the task

Problem

As a first-time contributor, I'd like to successfully complete the task without anyone's help so that I can contribute at my own pace and free time.

Details

Whichever type of work should be performed, be it creating new screenshots or updating or reviewing the content, there should be guidelines on performing exactly what's needed.

Solution

Issues template should include guidelines for successfully completing the tasks, either as a list of steps or as a link to the handbook where this list can be found.

The list should contain easy-to-follow actionable steps in short and clear form.

Steps should only refer to the tasks in the issue. E.g. if the task is to change the sentence, steps shouldn't include how to update screenshots.
